I love this idea! Instead of paper gift wrap: use a pretty scarf!

Perfect for Mother's Day, or bridesmaid gifts, or even a little hostess gift. 

Not only will the recipient get a cool scarf out of the deal, but you'll feel good about being green! One less crumpled wrapping paper in the landfill...

I like the idea of using a blanket to wrap up a gift for a baby shower too.
